Welcome to the Trainunity platform By using this platform, you agree to be bound by and be bound by the following terms and conditions, so please review these terms carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not review the information available on the Platform and must not use the Company's products.
1. Acceptance of the Agreement:
You undertake to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement (Agreement) in relation to the Trainunity Platform (the Platform), this Agreement is bounded you to the terms and conditions set forth herein with your use of the program, downloaded applications, services or other offerings on our collectively "Products".
If you have previously registered with our company or used any of the Products, you are also subject to the relevant terms and conditions contained herein.
The products enable all trainees to connect with independent trainers who collectively provide live and recorded services and materials through our online courses.
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is the company's headquarters.
This Agreement may be modified from time to time by us without prior notice to you. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Platform and you should review it before using the Platform.
The Company may modify or discontinue the Products at any time.
If you choose to access or use Products that involve payment of a fee, you agree to pay, and you will be responsible for paying that fee and all taxes associated with access or use.
If you provide credit card or other payment method information to pay this fee, then you are entitled to provide that information, and you hereby authorize the Company to allow get money from your credit card to pay the fees owed.
If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods that are registered with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. We may also block your access to Any products pending resolution of any amounts owed to you by the Company.
2. Copyrights:
Theoretical and recorded content (course videos), organization, design, compilation, digital dialogues and all other matters relating to the Platform are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws (including without limitation intellectual property laws).
Any copying, distribution or publication by you of any of the above to any part of the Platform, except as permitted by fourth point below, is prohibited.
You do not own any ownership rights to any content, document or material displayed on the Platform, and posting information or materials on the Platform does not constitute a waiver of the rights to the Platform.
3. Trademarks:
"Trainunity" and others are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the Trainunity Corporation.
4. Limited Right to Use:
The vewing or printing or downloading any content, graphic or form from the Platform only entitles you to a limited, non-exclusive license to use, exclusively for your personal use. Not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or any other use.
Not allowed to reproduced any part of any content, form or document, and not allowed to use it in electronic or mechanical information retrieval system except for personal use for learning.
5. Editing, deleting and modifying:
We reserve our right and own full rights to modify or delete any document, information or other content appearing on the Platform.
6. The endorsement of the responsibility:
You endorse your full and sole legal responsibility for the accuracy of any materials, information, data and/or images that you upload and/or post on the Platform and you endorse that such materials, information, data and/or images do not prejudice or infringe the property rights of third parties.
7.General disclaimer:
The site is just a marketplace for trainers and trainees. We do not employ experts and trainers nor are we responsible for any interactions shared between trainers and their respective clients. We are not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses or damages of any kind that may arise out of or related to the behavior of trainers or trainees, Including without limitation, any trainee's reliance on any information provided by the mentor.
We do not control the Submitted Content (as defined below) posted on the Site and therefore in no way guarantee the reliability, correctness, accuracy or truthfulness of such Submitted Content. You also understand that use of the Products may expose you to Submitted Content that it considers offensive, indecent, or objectionable. The Company has no responsibility to keep such Content from you and has no liability for your access or use of any Submitted Content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Site and Products may give you access to links to third party websites (“Third Party Sites”), either directly or through courses or trainers. The Company does not endorse or control any of the Third Party Sites in any way. Accordingly, the Company assumes no responsibility in connection with such third-party websites, and you are required to take appropriate steps to determine whether access to a third-party website is appropriate, and to protect your personal information and privacy on such third-party website.
8. Deletion and Compensation: We have the right not to publish and/or delete any material, comment or image that does not comply with the terms of this agreement or does not fit the platform policy. We also have the right to cancel the registration (if any) and you agree to indemnify and defend us and disclaim our and our partners’ liability and our attorneys, employees and allies (collectively the “Affiliate Parties”) from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Platform.
9.Termination:
We may immediately terminate your use of the Products or the Site without notice if there is any breach by you, and it appears that you are likely to do so by these Terms or any of our applicable policies, as posted on the Site from time to time.
We may stop offering any product, course or content at any time (terminating your right to offer such courses if you are an instructor).
You may terminate your use of the Site or Products at any time, either by discontinuing access to them or by contacting us. You must stop using the Site, Products and Content.
Any rights due for payment and terms herein relating to the warranties will survive.
10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUSIVED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
The information and services may contain worms, errors, problems or other issues that may limit their effectiveness. Neither we nor the Affiliate Parties shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage (including damages for loss of business or lost profit, litigation, or the like), whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranties, tort (including negligence) etc., even if we have knowledge of the possibility of the damage.
10.THE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE SET FOR THE ABOVE IS A KEY ELEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US, THE SERVICE OR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, NO INFORMATION WHETHER OBTAINED IN WRITTEN OR ORAL THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, WARRANTY OR COMMITMENT UNLESS not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
Any liability for any damage caused by viruses contained in the electronic file that includes the form or document is void. We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind as a result of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11. Use of Information: We reserve the right and you authorize us to use and transfer all information related to the use of the Platform by you and all information you provide to us in any way that is consistent with the privacy policy and for marketing purposes to improve the work of the site.
12. PRIVACY POLICY Our Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time, forms an integral part of this Agreement.
13. SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS FOR LEARNERS USING THE SITE: IF YOU ARE A USER THAT IS A USER SEARCHING OR PARTICIPATING A TRAINING COURSE, YOU ARE A TRAINER AND THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY, AND YOU REPRESENT, WARRANT AND COMPLETE:
• I have read, understood and complied with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Site and Products.
• You agree to comply with the pricing information (see pricing section below) before using the Site or registering for a Course.
• Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
• You must be over 18 years of age, or if not, you will only use the Products with the participation, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will not upload, post or transmit any virus, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise ) through the Site or Products.
• You will not post any content that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, infringing, defamatory or against any religion, policies or sensitive topics.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate with the public, create derivative works from, use or exploit any Company Content, Products, Courses, or Provided Content except as permitted by these Terms.
• You will not disclose any personal information to any of the trainers, otherwise you have a responsibility to control how your personal information is disclosed or used, including, but not limited to, taking appropriate steps to protect such information.
• You cannot request any personal information from any other coach or user.
14.Pricing for paid courses:
If you are a trainee, you agree to pay the fees for the courses you enroll, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or other means of payment such as PayPal for such amounts. We will charge your credit card or other means of payment for all amounts due, If payment is declined, you agree to pay the fee to us within thirty (30) days of our notice, and pay (at our discretion) a late payment fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum permitted By law, whichever is greater.
All payments must be made to Trainunity
If you pay for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules
We accept online payment using Paypal in Jordanian Dinar or the agreed currency.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, the general rule is that Trainunity does not offer refunds for courses sold. All sales of courses from Trainunity are final.
15. Links to other websites: The Platform contains other links, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of the content of any linked platform or for the opinions expressed on such websites, nor do we check or verify the accuracy and completeness of the information on such websites. The inclusion of a link to any platform on our platform does not imply our approval or endorsement of what is stated in it. If you leave our platform and enter any linked site, you do so at your own risk.
16. Applicable Law:
Any dispute or claim arising out of the Platform or in connection with this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
17. Cookies and Google Analytics Policy: The Platform uses its own cookies and similar technologies to save certain information, track data, the number of visitors and their information.
The platform also contains some components sent from Google Analytics, a web-congestion analysis service provided by Google in this case also third-party cookies that are collected and managed anonymously in order to monitor and improve the performance of the host platform (private cookies performance).
Google Analytics uses "cookies" to collect and analyze information about how the Platform is used. This information is collected by Google Analytics, which you process in order to send a report to the Platform.
